The 2022 Audi A5 Coupe, Cabriolet, and Sportback sedan cover various body styles and trims. Still, all have the same impressive levels of standard equipment, with only a slight variation depending on the body style.
In typical Audi fashion, the A5 is well-equipped even in its least expensive form, although features like adaptive cruise control that come standard on less expensive cars are optional on the A5. There is also an S5 performance variant that follows the same body style and trims ladder as the A5. 2022 Audi A5 Premium includes:

- Apple CarPlay and Android Auto – Allows full integration of a smartphone with the Audi MMI infotainment system, giving access to a user’s messages, apps, music, and navigation.

The 4-door A5 Sportback features a hatchback in place of the Coupe’s trunk, a longer wheelbase, and more rear-seat legroom. The Sportback comes with a Sport suspension but a less powerful standard engine. Buyers can upgrade to the A5 45 Sportback with the more powerful turbocharged engine found in the 2-door A5 models.

2022 Audi A5 Premium Plus Coupe ($49,400) and Cabriolet ($55,600)
The Premium Plus brings all the equipment found in the Premium’s Convenience package and adds upgrades such as Audi’s Virtual Cockpit. This amazing 12.3-inch display replaces traditional analog gauges with a digital reproduction. When equipped with optional navigation, the Virtual Cockpit’s screen is configurable to display a 3D image using Google Earth.
The Premium Plus also brings Matrix design LED headlights, LED taillights, adaptive cruise control with traffic jam assist, active lane assist lane centering, and a Top View camera. A wireless smartphone charge pad, front and rear parking sensors, and unique 18-inch wheel designs round out the Premium Plus’ features.
The Premium Plus also opens the door to a more extensive optional equipment list. Available features include MMI navigation, Black Optic package, S line interior package, and ventilated front seats.
