The 2023 Volvo S60 is a premium small sedan with lots of appeal. It offers something a little different from more mainstream offerings in European luxury cars like the BMW 3 Series and Mercedes-Benz C-Class.

The Core, Plus, and Ultimate trims are available with either powertrain, but the Polestar Engineered model comes exclusively as a plug-in hybrid. FWD is standard and all-wheel drive is optional with the B5 powertrain. All T8 models have AWD.

The Polestar Engineered trim has many unique features improving performance and aesthetics. In addition to upgraded brakes, it has a sport suspension with Öhlins dampers and a special appearance package.
The Polestar Engineered S60 has many of the same safety, interior, and tech features as the Ultimate trim. But it also has Nappa leather sport front seats with open-grid textile upholstery, gold-colored seatbelts, a charcoal headliner, a sport-tailored steering wheel, metal mesh aluminum trim, and a crystal gear shifter.
