If you’re in the market for a midsize European sedan with brilliant performance credentials and an air of exclusivity, then perhaps the 2024 Maserati Ghibli is for you.
Running with the Audi S6, BMW M5, and Mercedes-AMG E 53, the Ghibli provides equivalent measures of speed, handling, and luxury but with a more exotic look that’s sure to get you noticed.
Maserati drops a few trims this year, leaving only two choices: the Modena Q4 and 334 Ultima. The Modena Q4 comes standard with all-wheel drive (AWD), and the 334 Ultima sends power to its rear wheels. Powering the Modena Q4 is a 424-horsepower twin-turbo V6, while the 334 Ultima employs a 572-hp twin-turbo V8.
What’s New:
For 2024, Maserati drops the GT and Trofeo, leaving only the Modena Q4 and 334 Ultima to satisfy customers. The Modena gains more standard equipment, including AWD, while the 334 Ultima is offered in limited numbers on a first-come, first-serve basis. This new trim commemorates the end of Maserati V8 production.
Our Recommendation:
The Modena Q4 trim is right for most drivers because of its balance of luxury and performance. It’s also the only trim available with all-wheel drive and likely the only one you’ll find on a dealer’s lot.
These are the manufacturer’s suggested retail prices (MSRP) and include the $1,495 factory-to-dealer delivery fee (destination charge). Prices are current at the time of publishing.
