Since its arrival in 2008, Tesla has sold more electric vehicles (EVs) stateside and worldwide than any other automaker, yet it has not developed a certified pre-owned (CPO) program for its cars and trucks. Tesla may do so in the future, but signs point to unlikely. However, there are other means of purchasing a used Tesla model, even directly from Tesla itself.
