DodgeDodge Cars and Suvs

In recent years, Dodge has been experiencing a resurgence, transforming from a volume brand into a top muscle car manufacturer. That’s not such a stretch given Dodge (and sister brand Plymouth) basically defined the muscle car era of the 1960s and 1970s with iconic models like the Charger and Challenger.

The Dodge of today is defined largely by the Charger full-size sedan (reintroduced in 2005), its Challenger coupe counterpart (resurrected in 2008), and the Durango midsize SUV. Each of these are offered with a wide variety of performance upgrades to suit a range of consumer needs. The Charger and the Challenger, for example, are both available with supercharged V8 engines under the hood, while their high-performance Hellcat variants have become instant classics.

If you’re looking for a family sedan with more than 700 horsepower, a Charger Hellcat is what you want for getting the kids to school in a hurry. The retro-styled Challenger Hellcat is distinct as the only American muscle car available with all-wheel drive and back seats that you can actually use. The Durango is similar to the Charger with seven seats and similarly muscular engines available under the hood including an SRT Durango with 475 hp.
